With 13 years in the real estate industry, Lauren has accumulated a real estate expertise through many facets including residential and multifamily spec development, luxury residential sales and property management. While Lauren initially started working under the family company, she then branched out to Los Angeles where she worked under major luxury residential teams with home buyers and sellers and eventually spec developers/ investors of single & multifamily residential properties.

Today, Lauren has rejoined Shepherd Realty Group, heading up the Los Angeles Branch with luxury home sales as an associate Broker. She additionally acts as Head of Business Development for SRG’s Property Management division originally established in 1987.

The Shepherd Group family of companies includes independent escrow company Outlook Escrow inc., Better Homes & Gardens Real Estate Champions and Shepherd Realty Group & Property Management Inland Empire and Los Angeles branches.
